The Farmville Development Partnership along with Piggly Wiggly and Steve Hardy's Beach Party are proud to bring you the 1st Annual Farmville Pig-a-Que Cook Off Competition!

The competition is an official NC Pork Council sanctioned event. The event is a cooking competition based on the NCPC standards and regulations of a whole hog contest. Awards will be given for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place and showmanship. Cash awards and plaques are awarded. NC Pork Council representatives will be present and judging begins at 8 a.m. on Saturday, October 15th.

This will be two days packed full of delicious food, beverages and great entertainment. The Pig-a-Que is a family event that you do not want to miss, so bring your lawn chairs or blankets and come have fun with your family and friends!
